Prices are per person per day and include
- VAT;
- Bed and Breakfast Italian buffet treatment;
- Internal parking;
- Use of the swimming pool;
- Animation from 14/06 to 06/09 at the jalillo tourist center;
- Beach service (1 umbrella + 2 beds) per room from 01/05 to 30/09 at the Jalillo Tourist Center. Prohibition of access for animals to the beach.

Prices do not include
- Mandatory tourist tax (to be paid locally in cash) euro; 2,00 per day per person for a maximum of 10 days, children up to 12 years of age do not pay it;
- Single room supplement 30;
- Supplement for stays of less than 3 days euro; 5 per day per person (only in August);
- Restaurant agreement with 15 discount voucher at the Restaurant Pizzeria of the Jalillo Tourist Center with room directly on the beach, from 29/05 to 14/09;
- Anything not expressly indicated.

The rooms are equipped with the following services

Discounts
- Children's special from 1 to 5 years 50 discount, from 5 to 10 years 30 discount, except in the D-E periods;
- Family Plan 2 adults + 2 children up to 15 years of age if 3 adults are charged in the same room.

Regulations
- Reservations are accepted following the sending of a deposit of euro; 100 per person;
- In case of late arrival or early departure, the price of the room only will be charged;
- For unfinished stays there is no refund;
- Room delivery is scheduled for 2 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure;
- Pets NOT allowed in the breakfast room.
